Vision Board Workshop with Rachel Rosekind

On Saturday, July 18, from 11am-12:30pm, join us at the West Tisbury Library for a Vision Board Workshop facilitated by writer, editor, and educator Rachel Rosekind. This event is fun for all ages! No registration required. Free and open to the public.

What does the world you want to build look and feel like? What wants to come alive for you this year? What inspires you? What do you hope to inspire in others? Come explore these questions in community and with creativity by making a personal vision board. This workshop will offer materials and guided prompts to help you visualize your aspirations, set concrete goals, and explore values, growth areas, and opportunities. Feel free to bring your own images and materials to enhance your focus.

Rachel Rosekind, PhD, MLIS, helps build social, political, and creative infrastructure that lifts people up instead of pinning them down or hemming them in. As an educator, editor, researcher, and consultant at the nexus of economic, racial, and social justice, she seeks to amplify underrepresented voices in print and center underserved communities in policy agendas. You can find out more about her practice, Root and Bloom, on her website: www.takerootandbloom.com.
