“The Vitality of Youth!” A Concert Presented by Music Street

On Sunday, March 16, at 3pm, join us for a Music Street Concert at the West Tisbury Library. Music Street’s Spring concert focuses on pieces of youthful composers, starting with Felix Mendelssohn. A Yiddish inspired string duo, alongside contemporary Gabriela Lena Frank and her inspiration Alberto Ginastera will be performed in solos, duos and trios. Englishman Frank Bridge’s lyrical cello pieces will be featured as well as violin and piano masterpieces. Youthful creativity is at the heart of this program. This concert will feature cellist Thomas Barth, violinist Sophia Szokolay, and pianist Diane Katzenberg Braun. For more information, please visit musicstreet1.com.
