Expanding the Conversation: Israel/Palestine Film Screening

On Saturday, Aug. 30, at 2:30pm, at the West Tisbury Library, the public is invited to a screening of the film, “No Other Land” There will be a discussion to follow. This event is presented by Expanding the Conversation: Israel/Palestine. Free and open to the public.

About the film: “This film made by a Palestinian-Israeli collective shows the destruction of the occupied West Bank’s Masafer Yatta by Israeli soldiers and the alliance which develops between the Palestinian activist Basel and Israeli journalist Yuval.”

Expanding the Conversation: Israel/Palestine is a group of islanders that formed after October 7th to come together in community amidst complex feelings to have difficult conversations, raise awareness, and inspire action towards lasting peace. We stand for peace, truth, justice, and humanity and against islamophobia, antisemitism, and all forms of racism and dehumanization.
