Creative Movement for Birth

Creative Movement for Birth is a free, non-athletic workshop for those who are pregnant and their support people. This program is an experiential supplement to your childbirth ed class, or an inspiring refresher course! Learn & practice proven techniques to build your confidence going into labor. We conclude with a guided visualization of a healthy birth. All are welcome!
