Certified Therapy Dog Visit: Meet Buster!

On July Thursdays, families, children, and all ages are invited to the West Tisbury Library to meet Buster, certified therapy dog and member of the national organization, Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Buster and his handler Carl have made over 300 visits, especially to children with special needs.

Buster is a 10 year old West Highland Terrier (Westie for short). Westies are bred white so they aren’t mistaken for a wild animal. Buster loves to go on five-mile hikes, even in a snowstorm, and watches sports on TV. His favorite foods are brisket and hamburgers.
