8th Annual Dionis Coffin Riggs Day of Poetry

Family, friends, and the community are invited to come together and read their favorite Dionis Coffin Riggs poems or an original poem inspired by the Vineyard. 

This event is free and open to the public.

“Dionis Coffin Riggs Day of Poetry” has been established on her birthday to annually commemorate the work of Ms. Riggs and the poets who have been members of the poetry group she established in her home 60 years ago and continues to this day, the Cleaveland House Poets.
