Dorothy’s Corner Community Tea & Workshop
On Wednesday, March 18, from 3-5pm, at the West Tisbury Library, Dorothy’s Corner writers will host a Community Tea and Workshop. Free and open to the public!
This meeting is to honor and activate the literary legacy of Dorothy West, literary icon and long-time Martha’s Vineyard resident, by creating an intimate, intergenerational community writing experience rooted in reflection, storytelling, and connection. Through guided writing prompts inspired by West’s themes of identity, belonging, and observation, participants will be encouraged to deepen their own creative practice while engaging with the island’s rich literary heritage.
