Emergency Preparedness Workshop: Heart Health & Cardiac Emergencies

February is American Heart Month. Our February talk is focused on Heart Health & Cardiac Emergencies. This informative session will cover how to recognize cardiac emergencies, create emergency plans, support caregiver readiness, understand CPR and AED awareness, and take effective bystander action during emergencies. Learn practical steps you and your family can take to be prepared when seconds matter. Free and open to the public.
