Jacqueline Foster, founder of Food That Resonates, has been a professional chef for over 25 years. She has been weaving the wisdom of Ayurveda into her food for the last decade in her own personal health journey and for those she cooks for. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, her mission is to teach others how to become their own healers in the kitchen, coming into an intuitive relationship with food and nature.
