Spring into Wellbeing: An Energy Strengthening Class with Shanta Gabriel

The West Tisbury Library invites you to join Shanta Gabriel’s “Spring into Wellbeing” class. Meet in-person at the library on Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm: April 3, April 10, April 24, and May 1 (skipping April 17). Attend one, some, or all sessions. No sign up required. Free and open to the public. 

About the class:
As we move into the spring season, it is a good time for revitalization. In this class you will learn self-healing tools and simple, fun and empowering energetic exercises to allow more calm agility into your lifestyle to —provide balance, healing energy, relaxation, and uplifted awareness strengthening your understanding to the important connection to the electromagnetic energy field around your body. You will receive more tools to add emotional balance, resilience and resourcefulness to your daily life.

About the instructor:
Shanta Gabriel has studied holistic healing and meditative practices since 1977. She delights in sharing her experience to expand your life for more wellbeing and balance.
