Her watercolors dance and play across the page, much like light shimmering along the horizon at sunset.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>David Welch<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">David Welch, an accomplished Vineyard-based photographer, creates ephemeral images using pinhole camera techniques and extended exposure times. By bending light and expanding the horizon, he transforms familiar landscapes into dreamlike visions that seem to exist between reality and memory.
