Calling all teens! Join us outside at the West Tisbury Library afterschool for ONE amazing aerial yoga class with Jen DeLorenzo! This class will only be offered on Thursday September 10th at 3:30pm.<\/p>\n
Aerial Yoga with Jen DeLorenzo is an invitation for teens (12+)\u00a0 to experience yoga in suspended silk yoga hammocks. When we play with gravity (and anti-gravity) something amazing happens \u2013 we see the world in a new way \u2013 upside down or right side up. The aerial silks used in Aerial Yoga offer more space than traditional yoga in supporting and freeing the body and mind to do things that may surprise!<\/p>\n
Registration, along with a waiver (signature with the library) is required, and class space is limited.<\/p>\n
This class is run outdoors, please dress for the weather, bring water and wear sunscreen. Inclement weather causes us to cancel class, so be sure to check weather and email if the forecast calls for less than ideal weather.<\/p>\n
