Classes will meet outdoors at the library on 9\/21, 9\/28, 10\/5 and on Zoom 10\/12, 10\/19. Please contact <\/span><a href=\"mailto:wt_mail@clamsnet.org\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wt_mail@clamsnet.org<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to sign up.\u00a0 Space is limited. Participants are asked to commit to all five sessions. Free and open to the public! Masks are required if you are inside the library building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About the class:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are living in strange times no doubt. In this course, writers are invited to tell whatever story is closest to them. They may choose to dive into what&#8217;s happening now by keeping a running journal or reflect on life by penning official life story memoirs. Or both.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A blend of exercises, readings and discussions will connect writers with their writing and themselves. Participants will form a supportive community while sharing in-process work. We will honor whatever is created, be it essays, songs, letters or entire new genres. After five weeks, writers will leave lighter in spirit and richer in purpose. No writing experience required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About the instructor:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moira Convey Silva is a writing instructor, writing consultant, yoga teacher, community activist, and award-winning writer who, for over 10 years, has freelanced for national and local periodicals.
