 This presentation will be hosted by Robin Putnam (SCA). Robin has been with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation since 2015 serving as its Events & Outreach Manager. In her role within Consumer Affairs, she has conducted hundreds lectures across the Commonwealth, planning, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in a wide variety of events to provide consumers with information, education, and resources.
