Thursday September 11th at 3:30 pm.\nAerial Yoga with Jen DeLorenzo is an invitation for 12+ teens to come experience yoga in silk yoga hammocks. When we play with gravity (and anti-gravity) something amazing happens. We see the world in a new way – upside down or right side up – the aerial silks offer more room and more space and more support to free the body and mind to do things we may not expect.  \nRegistration and waiver signature with the library is required——space is limited. \nPlease email lhearn@clamsnet.org  with any questions.\n
