Tween/Teen Girl Power & Self Defense Workshop

On Sunday, September 10th from 10am-3pm, join us for an afternoon with fitness instructor, physical education student & yoga instructor, Melanie Platcow! Learn techniques for goal making, self-confidence, and developing a positive attitude! The workshop will be combined with sports including yoga and kickboxing.  Free lunch is included! This workshop is for ages 12-16. Sign up is required.
