Plant Based for Our Health and Planet
Monday, May 7th at 6:00 pm, the West Tisbury Library will host a talk with Kyleen Keenan, co-founder of Not Your Sugar Mamas. Kyleen will discuss how we can reduce our carbon footprint and improve our immune system through plant based living. Learn how animal agriculture is the number one cause of methane gas and planetary destruction, and how climate change and consumption of animal products are key factors in most chronic diseases. Kyleen will give some simple plant based tips, answer questions, and bring some treats and samples! This event is free and open to the public.
