Joyful Sexuality for Women with Linda Tumbarello

Tuesday, November 14th at 11:30 am, join us at the West Tisbury Library for a talk for women with Linda Tumbarello, author of the book Joyful Sexuality. Linda will share how to let go of false beliefs and myths that get in the way of appreciating your body, your needs, and having pleasure. She will offer ways to cultivate your own joyful sexuality, and to feel sexy from the inside out.

Linda explains, “No matter whether you are single or partnered, no matter your age, sexual preference, or your sexual history, it is never too late to enjoy your sexuality! Somehow, miraculously we are supposed to enjoy our sexual selves without any education, guidance or encouragement. The good news is that if cultivated, the ability to feel sexual aliveness and pleasure can last for the rest of our lives.”

Linda Tumbarello is the author of Joyful Sexuality for Women, and The Heart of Self-Care – A Women’s Guide to Joyful Living and Well-Being that will come out December 2017. She has developed a powerful way of working with the body and mind using body-centered

psychotherapy, therapeutic bodywork, and movement. For over 35 years she has helped women to feel good about their bodies, and to heal from physical and emotional trauma and difficulties. Linda’s training and credentials include: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Body Mind Centering® Practitioner and Teacher, and Certified Dynamic Embodiment Practitioner.
