Bodhi Path presents “Meditation: Making Friends with Your Mind”

Meditation: Making Friends with Your Mind
with Dharma Teacher Khaydroup Zangmo

On Friday, March 22 at 7pm at the West Tisbury Library, Bodhi Path presents an evening with Dharma Teacher Khaydroup Zangmo. Everybody can learn to have a positive relationship with their mind to benefit both themselves and others. Khaydroup will explain the process and benefits of training your mind to be your best friend and ally through the practice of meditation. Becoming adept at this skill leads to confidence, peace, and compassion. There will be time at the end of the talk for Q&A. This event is free and open to the public.

Khaydroup Zangmo is the resident teacher of the Bodhi Path Center in Pasadena CA. She completed two traditional three year retreats in France during the ’90s under the guidance of the late Gendun Rinpoche, and has taught the Dharma in centers and organizations in Europe and the USA. Khaydroup has a special connection to Bodhi Path MV- she was the first teacher to visit the original Vineyard Haven location of the center after it was established twenty years ago in 1999.
